Title: Helpdesk with Avaya Communication

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Collaborate with and take direction from other Engineers on the design, product management, and systems architecture to develop experimental solutions and bring great ideas to life
- Provide remote troubleshooting and support for our voice and asset protection infrastructure, to include: Avaya telephone systems, fixed and PTZ security cameras and infrastructure, network video recorders and other equipment as necessary
- Share ideas internally and evolve them according to feedback and critique within an agile environment
- Continually evolve telephony platform and its operations using solid engineering and agile practices.
- Work closely with internal and external team members to develop and build self-service capabilities, and automation, to enable our internal and external customers to move quickly and deliver on the needs of the business.
