Perform routing changes in Perimeta SBC on the peering side with a GCS LCR platform for least cost routing. Manage STIR/SHAKEN on Perimeta SBCs and participate in traceback requests from the FCC. Support product initiatives for enhancements and new product rollouts. Responsibilities
    Manage day to day tasks to ensure the VoIP network is running efficiently and monitor network elements to maintain optimization. Maintain routing in Perimeta SBCs and add new carriers to route to the GCS LCR routing engine. Take lead on new product enhancements to support product management for Hosted PBX and SIP trunking. Provide tier2/3 support to the NOC and provisioning teams as well as the product development team. Support the fraud management team with integration with equinox protector. Qualifications
      Five to 10 years of VoIP Engineering experience (mandatory) IP network experience with certifications (CCNA or better) (Preferable not mandatory) UNIX knowledge is preferable Python scripting experience is preferable Experience with Metaswitch, Perimeta, and Ribbon C20 highly preferred Benefits Offered We are proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package:
