We are seeking a Volunteer Coordinator who will be responsible for all aspects of Fundraising/Organization Support volunteer coordination and provide support to agency events by means of volunteer recruitment and supervision, as identified by the Volunteer Services Manager in cooperation with the Director of Fundraising. The Volunteer Coordinator will primarily work in our Larkspur office and occasionally in our S.F. office. THIS IS A HYBRID POSITION!!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include:

Coordinate recruitment, screening, orientation, training, and retention of volunteers in both clinical and nonclinical roles.

Select, assign, and remain an overall resource for volunteers.

Maintain volunteer personnel files according to BTBH policy.

Maintain current and updated volunteer records in the electronic system.

Provide education/orientation to agency staff regarding assignment, supervision, and maintaining effective working relationships with volunteers.

Education/Experience:

Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum two years' experience coordinating volunteer programs preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Current California Driver's License and automobile insurance that meets State of California requirements, if driving a car.

Pay Range:

$29.50 - $34.00 hourly
