What You'll be Doing: - Develop and implement a comprehensive volunteer recruitment strategy to attract a diverse range of volunteers, including parents, community members, students, and professionals.
- Screen, register and match volunteers to suitable roles within the district based on their skills, interests, and availability.
- Provide orientation and training to new volunteers, ensuring they are informed about district policies, procedures, and expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of volunteer information.
- Personnel File management.

What You'll Need: - Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual/Bi-literate Required
- Experience: Job related experience is desired.
- Minimum qualifications: Operating standard office equipment including pertinent software applications, preparing and maintaining accurate records, performing basic bookkeeping, business telephone etiquette, knowledge of office methods and practices, ability to adapt to changing work priorities, communicating with diverse groups, work as part of a team

Work Environment The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling, some climbing and balancing, some stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling and some fine finger dexterity. Generally the job requires 30% sitting, 40% walking, and 30% standing. The job is performed under minimal temperature variations and in a generally hazard free environment.
