Volunteer CoordinatorSummary: This position is responsible for the development and implementation of the volunteer program for all Bethesda entities. This includes networking and recruitment of new volunteers, onboarding, orientation, and annual training. This role is also responsible for storing volunteer documents, tracking volunteer time, and managing volunteer schedules. The Volunteer Coordinator also thinks creatively to explore new opportunities to grow Bethesda's volunteer program. What makes this position different than most? Bethesda is a non-profit social ministry that carries out its mission daily: Serving others together in faith, community and life. Scheduled hours: Part time position, with typical business hours Monday-Friday with some flexibility for evenings and weekends for special events. Preferred Education and Experience:
