- Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Wednesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
As a Voting Poll Helper, you will work under general supervision, interacting with the public, internal, and external customers to provide essential information and services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with intake processes and making appointments
- Printing WIC vouchers and maintaining caseload reports
- Handling office inventory and supplies
- Providing customer service by resolving complicated issues, researching policies, procedures, or laws, and interpreting as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of 90 quarter hours (60 semester hours) at an accredited college or university
- Written and oral fluency in English and Spanish
- 6 months of experience in a customer service setting
- Ability to communicate and interpret information for internal and external clients
