Web: | Facebook: | Twitter: Job DescriptionPosition SummaryWe re searching for a Vice President, Account Director who will manage the client relationship, partner with senior leadership on high-level strategy and use their deep web knowledge to ensure strategic deliverables. Tasks and responsibilities include:Manage day-to-day client relationship including articulating our view on digital business philosophiesSell new project ideas that align with customer and brand goalsSupport new business initiativesTake ownership of the financials for clients including forecasts, budgets and investmentsAlign business with the appropriate staffHave broad understanding of client s Industry and customer needsDeliver strategic client presentations and recommendationsDevelop team members by coaching, training and identifying areas for growthProvides direct and consistent feedback on an ongoing basis, encouraging others to learn from mistakesPartners with clients and capability partners to build active brandsInspires client with strong storytelling skillsProvides deliverables within agreed upon deadlinesPartners with clients and operations team to ensure mutual understanding of and agreement to key financial responsibilities QualificationsTo qualify, you ll need: Four year degree 10-12 years experience 4 years of leadership experience in integrated marketing programs and client relationship management with a digital scope Should have experience in managing digital transformational accounts and delivery of omnichannel projectsCreative agency experience desired Effective presentation, training and client-facing skills In depth communication and written skills Strong analytic and strategic abilities Candidate must be open to travel as needed Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Compensation Range: $115,500 - $194,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
