**Role Summary/Purpose:**

The **VP, Analytics - Network Solutions, Health & Wellness** , is responsible for developing analytical capabilities and actionable insights for Health and Wellness platform and network solutions. This will involve strategic insights and analytics framework to accelerate product expansion to Pay Later, expand and optimize independent software vendors and identify growth opportunities through multi source financing. These are key strategic areas of growth for the platform. In addition this leader will have responsibilities for reporting modernization and governance, working with centralized Analytics and Growth teams.

This role will lead a team of onshore and offshore team members, managing both direct and matrixed resources. This role will also work directly with centralized Analytics and Growth teams and be responsible for leveraging enterprise capabilities.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

+ Responsible for leading the Network Solutions analytics roadmap. This will entail analytical support for development, user adoption, case studies for commercialization, and prioritization of initiatives as it relates to installments and Pay Later, multi source financing, independent software providers, and other initiatives.

+ Propose segmentation and targeting to drive provider engagement and growth through network solutions

+ Provide analytics support for provider network governance analytics to improve provider processes and controls.

+ Lead analytics support to develop and implement business strategies as well as optimize existing products and channels across CareCredit and installment, by partnering closely with Sales, Strategy, IT, Finance and Credit.

+ Foster strong partnership and engagement with internal business partners and platform cross functional teams, as well as Analytical and Growth teams.

+ Effectively engage and partner with internal business teams at all levels, including senior leadership team

+ Responsible for ensuring the team provides relevant KPIs that track progress towards goal and measures of success related to product expansion, independent software partners, multi source financing and other initiatives led by this team.

+ Reporting Process Champion for Health & Wellness analytic, ensuring team follows current processes and controls. Lead reporting optimization, working with BI Modernization team to decommissioning, consolidate and automate reports as well as creating a more efficient and streamlined intake process.

+ Develop business case presentations and action plans to drive growth strategy; including targeting recommendations, test design, cross-sell optimization, product opportunities and cost/benefit analysis to share with cross functional team.

+ Support Strategic Initiatives, evaluate investment decisions and influence strategy to ensure business profitability

+ Act as a trusted advisor for H&W senior leadership team to solve complex business problems and provide actionable recommendations based upon data driven insights

+ Establish a test and learn culture and provide guidance and leadership for the design, analysis and measurement phases of campaigns and large-scale projects.

+ Perform various forms of ad-hoc analysis as requested

**Additional Responsibilities**

+ Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of all aspects of the consumer finance industry

+ Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the Health & Wellness competitive landscape

+ Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

**Qualifications/Requirements:**

+ Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, accounting, finance, or business related field or in lieu of degree, 13+ years equivalent experience in product development, portfolio management, marketing, or loyalty programs in credit card and/or financial service business, or credit card risk strategy.

+ Minimum 9+ years of analytics experience to include:

+ 5 years of experience supporting product or digital marketing

+ 5 years of project management

+ 5 years of utilizing SAS or SQL and advanced spreadsheet and presentation tool experience

**Desired Characteristics:**

+ Master's degree preferred, with Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Decision Science or Quantitative Analysis.

+ Experience in consumer financial services, credit card payments, retail, fintech or consulting with a consumer data analytics focus.

+ A preferred candidate will have 7 years of progressive experience in Analytics with a demonstrated track record of execution, communication and technical analytical skills.

+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Strong financial modeling and MS Excel skills

+ Ability to analyze complex issues, develop appropriate action plans and deliver timely results.

+ Proven leadership abilities and the ability to lead / engage on cross-functional projects

+ Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with staff (at all levels) and to develop a clear, concise message and influence outcomes.

+ Passionate, proactive, responsible, resourceful, detail-oriented, hard-working and willingness to learn

+ Proven influencing and persuasion skills

+ Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects/tasks

+ Strong written, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to develop strong working relationships with team members and management, while maintaining independence

+ Ability to communicate and interact with senior management

**Grade/Level: 14**

The salary range for this position is **170,000.00 - 290,000.00** USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.

Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.

Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

**Eligibility Requirements:**

+ You must be 18 years or older

+ You must have a high school diploma or equivalent

+ You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process

+ You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

+ New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).
