The Vice President will be responsible for strategic analysis, implementation, governance establishment, and functional integrations across the US Wealth Management Division. The role offers continued growth where priorities and tasks will continuously evolve over time as process centralization, improvement, and technological advancements are identified and the firm continues to expand.
Job Responsibilities
* Focus on continually improving efficiencies and controls across the Client Operations organization
* Create long- and short-term plans, including scoping, setting targets for milestones, and adhering to deadlines
* Collaborate with area managers and functional experts to document current and/or new processes and target states
* Engage large populations across the firm's various departments to implement improvements
* Provide perspective and experience to various teams on holistic client experience and best practices
* Manage outside vendors/relationships to support firm requirements
* Drive culture of client-first, client-focused, and accountability
* Assist with presentations and proposals using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Smartsheet
* Connect granular tasks to longer-term strategic objectives
* Monitor progress of strategic initiatives and update relevant stakeholders to maintain consistent advancement
* Efficiently and clearly communicate with senior management to provide relevant recommendations and updates including project status reports
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree
* Minimum of 10 years' experience within financial services with at least 5 in a general project management role
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Solutions oriented professional
* Flexibility and willingness to adapt to meet the needs of the firm
* Demonstrated experience gathering requirements and facilitating related meetings
* Ability to prioritize, be exceptionally organized, and have extreme attention to detail
* Ability to communicate effectively cross-functionally with people at all levels of seniority
* Superb analytical skills
* Desire to work within a collaborative, fast paced team environment
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills with a heavy emphasis on Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and PowerPoint
* Experience with systems relating to project management and process transformation preferred
* Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) is preferred
* Experience with Visio a plus
* Experience as Data Owner, Product Owner, Reporting & Analytics a plus
