What we're looking for:

We're seeking a driven VP, Client Success to cultivate partnerships with our key clients and show the true impact of preventive health care. The ideal candidate will nurture, develop and optimize these accounts with the goal to grow business and deliver EHE's value of improving patient health, productivity and longevity while efficiently managing our client's healthcare costs.

The VP, Client Success will have the exciting opportunity to deliver on our 'Executive Exam' accounts. This person will be responsible for creating P&L for these accounts while managing all internal resources to attain target growth. The ideal candidate has a track record of outperforming client expectations and a passion for preventive healthcare.

In this role, you will:

* Establish productive, professional relationships with personnel in key client accounts

* Manage a team to achieve budgeted target growth

* Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in accounts

* Be responsible for the transparent and successful implementation of EHE program and ongoing communication to the client

* Work with the client and internal operations to further develop the EHE program to meet overall needs

* Works closely with the Client Success team to ensure client satisfaction and problem resolution

* Be accountable for satisfaction and retention of clients

* Be able to analyze sales data and provide client reporting

* Have an in depth understanding of the latest market trends and best practices

What the role requires:

* Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Management or related field preferred

* A proven leader in sales, with at least 10 years' experience in Key/National Accounts

* Professional services background ideal, but not required

* Consultative disposition and constructive curiosity into all facets of a client's business

* Ability to create a need versus waiting for things to develop, proactive account management coupled with solution-oriented salesmanship

* Track record of project managing all tactical aspects of a client relationship

* Ability to understand complex commercial relationships and how EHE can partner to maximize engagement

* Expert relationship builder throughout all levels of a client organization

* In-depth knowledge of health care analytics and data

* Can share samples of superior Excel skills and PowerPoint presentations they have built that include data

* Overall passion for health and wellbeing with a genuine commitment to represent a product that improves the lives of its users

* Ability to travel 20%-40%

The salary for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 and is determined by a number of factors including the candidate's experience, qualifications and skills
