Vice President of Consulting Services, Healthcare The Vice President (VP) of Consulting Services, Healthcare will lead a specialized team within the Healthcare Industry sector, focusing on Human Capital Management (HCM) and Workforce Management (WFM) solutions delivery. This leadership role encompasses providing thought leadership, strategic consulting, and advisory services to our esteemed clients. The VP will engage directly with client executives, overseeing the delivery of comprehensive services, promoting long-term client success and retention, and ensuring profitability of all engagements, the team, and the company. The primary focus will be on UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) solutions.Responsibilities Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of HCM and WFM consultants specializing in the healthcare industry.Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.Develop and implement strategies for team growth and skill enhancement.Client Engagement and Thought Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader to client executives, providing strategic insights and recommendations.Lead executive-level engagements to set the direction and vision for client projects.Deliver presentations and workshops to client stakeholders.Consulting and Advisory Services: Oversee the delivery of a full spectrum of consulting services, including strategy, implementation, optimization, and support.Ensure services align with client needs and industry best practices.Develop and refine consulting methodologies and frameworks.Project Delivery and Management: Ensure timely and successful delivery of defined consulting services.Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues.Ensure high-quality outcomes that meet or exceed client expectations.Client Success and Retention: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.Promote continuous improvement and innovation in client engagements.Develop strategies for client retention and growth.Manage profitability of the healthcare consulting services division.Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics.Optimize resource allocation and utilization.Business Development: Work closely with the Chief Success Officer to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote consulting services.Contribute to proposal development and client presentations.Manage the delivery of the proposals and client presentations.Provide mentorship and career development opportunities for team members.Prepare and position team members for future leadership roles within the company.Develop a succession plan for key roles within the team.Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Management, Human Resources, Nursing, MD, DO or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in HCM and WFM consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable.Technical Skills: Expertise in UKG solutions, with knowledge of Dayforce, Workday, or other similar solutions. Proficiency in project management and consulting methodologies.Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, manage client relationships, and drive business success.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
