If you do not, please email Alex Woodworth directly at Roberthalf or on LinkedIn at Alexandra Woodworth.PERKS!+ HYBRID and flexible schedule+ 100% paid health+ Growing organization and new role!+ Culture is amazingResponsibilities:- Leadership - manage a team- Strategy - problem solve proactively for future- Budgets, cash flow, financial reporting- Analysis and strategy- General Accounting- Oversee the preparation and filing of quarterly regulatory reports- Manage both internal and external audits to ensure compliance- Facilitate multiple mergers and software implementations to streamline operations- Implement strategies to reduce the number of days for month-end close process and financial reporting package preparation- Utilize Excel Formulas, MS Excel, and Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasksRequirements - Possess strong entrepreneurial skills with the ability to innovate and drive the business forward.- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide teams effectively.- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.- Solid understanding of financial regulations and accounting processes.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of management.- High level of integrity and professionalism.- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.- Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Relevant certification or degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.- Excellent strategic planning skills and the ability to implement these plans effectively.- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of market trends and business practices.- Proven ability to manage budgets and financial forecasting.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
