Job Description:
The role is part of Spend and Benefits ECM Analytics team within the larger US Personal Banking Analytics organization. This role is to lead the Conversions program analytics to grow and improve Citi cards customer engagement with new & relevant card products. Conversion program analytics includes few programs such as product trade, natural plastics reissuance, and network upgrades. The candidate will focus on the development of comprehensive strategy recommendations based on multiple factors with an in-depth understanding of customer behavior (analytically derived); sound financial impact forecasting and thorough understanding of competitive landscape. Excellent communication skills are required to influence on large scale programs and effectively partner with a diverse group of stakeholders including senior leadership.Key Responsibilities: Lead analytics for all Conversions programs to grow Citi cards customer engagement with new & relevant product offers using advanced modelling and analytical techniques.Develop analytically derived omni-channel targeting, offer, and communication strategies to drive profitable long-term customer engagement and expansion opportunities. Partner with Modelling team to drive modeling roadmap for the program. Lead modeling and strategy approval across all the governance forumsManage the process to build financial forecasts supporting all Conversions campaigns, provide guidance on how to structure campaigns to optimize profitability.Oversee the monthly FYF and annual Plan forecasting by coordinating with marketing partners and lead the analytics decision management framework to drive investment decisioning. End to end project management for developing strategy, building consensus with functional and senior stakeholders and implementing recommendationsBe accountable for audit and control requirementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline is required (i.e., Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, and Operations Research). Graduate degree is preferred.5+ years of experience in quantitative field, Consulting, or Financial/Credit Card industry preferredDemonstrated excellent ability to translate business questions into analytical framework to generate meaningful insightsStrong understanding of the consumer lending market, customer life cycle and P&LExcellent analytical, technical and/or statistical skills with proven ability to translate large volumes of data using SAS, SQL or Python/RIntense passion and curiosity to drive business outcomesAdept at building relationships and collaborate with people across all levels and cross functional teamsStrong written and verbal communication/presentation skillsEffective organizational skills and ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects ------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group: Decision Management------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Business Analysis------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:Wilmington Delaware United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$125,760.00 - $188,640.00In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
