Selby Jennings is currently partnered with a well-known and reputable shop in Newport Beach, California. The team is looking for a VP, Debt Investments to join the team!

This is a highly entrepreneurial team, where there will be the opportunity to wear a lot of hats and help lead the charge on some of the exciting growth initiatives. This person would be responsible for the origination and underwriting of new business, as well as participating in asset management functions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or a related field and in good academic standing.
• 8+ years of experience originating, underwriting, and structuring bridge and construction loans.
• Network of sponsors and brokers.
• Self-starter.
