My client is a very well-funded stealth-mode startup building a novel high-traffic consumer-facing platform that will transform an industry. They are looking for their first technology hire for the VP of Engineering role. Qualified candidates will have 10+ years of overall industry experience and 5+ years of management experience. This is an opportunity to build an innovative B2C product from scratch and your team from the ground up.
The VPE should expect to contribute to planning/roadmap, architecture, and coding as well as focusing on recruiting, growing, and managing a world-class engineering team. You have fluency in React.js, Python, cloud technology (GCP is ideal), CircleCI, etc., and you've worked on consumer-facing eCommerce sites that scale. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial technology leader to make an impact in an early-stage startup. You will help create a high-impact, productive, creative culture.
