Lumos is looking for a full-time VP - Financial Strategy & Analysis! If you are a financial measurement and metrics leader who's excited for a fast-paced experience, ready to help us grow, and ready to recommend process changes that ensure we're harnessing our technology to the best of our ability while broadening our scope doing measurement, data modeling, and interpretation to help make decisions. Lead a team responsible for financial strategy, business cases, scenario analysis (including M&A), market risk assessment, revenue modeling, multiyear projections, cross-functional collaboration, communications, and data management to ensure leadership and investors have accurate and insightful financial data to inform decision making at all levels of the organization.This role requires in-depth knowledge of data modeling, competitive research, and the specific operational elements of Lumos. He or she is skilled at coordinating cross-functionally with other company leaders to identify, measure, and interpret metrics that are critical to managing the business and hold leaders accountable to agreed-upon performance results.
