The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.

This role for Manager of DTC Settlements and Securities Financing will provide support for all DTC collateral settling via our self-clearing account at DTCC. Key responsibilities are outlined below. The candidate should have at least 7-10 years of experience with DTC Settlements and Securities Financing. This individual will be responsible for handling all back office operations functions such as DTC deliveries, end of day balancing for DTC, stock record maintenance, BPS/GFW intraday maintenance and collateral management within DTC.

Responsibilities:
  • Fail report- validate, research, update, distribute firm wide
  • Firm funding- DTC
  • Settlement of all DTC trades
  • Adherence to Rule 204, monitoring short sale settlement
  • Buy- ins
  • End of day balancing for DTC
  • Processing Corporate buybacks - DWACs
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Create and modify processes and procedures
  • Handle Audit inquiries
  • Manage and review key processing throughout the day for accuracy and completeness
  • Work with other manager team members across the firm on strategic initiatives
  • Handle key escalations
  • May be responsible for managing team members as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 7-10 years of experience
  • DTCC Settlement Web
  • DTCC PORTAL
  • BPS/ADP/GFW(Global Framework)
  • Microsoft Suite
  • Loanet
  • Additional system knowledge a bonus: Impact, Gloss

The typical base pay range for this role is between $115K - $145K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
