KXII is recruiting for a Vice President/General Manager/Director of Sales for the broadcast television station. The role is responsible for managing a full team of professionals along with the profit and financial growth of the operation.
Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Be an advocate of local broadcasting and digital service with a history of audience growthMust have exemplary skills related to revenue achievement, share growth, and financial expenseHave experience with local outreach and community involvementEngage with local community leaders and develop long-term relationships with key station clientsMust be able to lead and work with all levels of management and staff members, while promoting teamwork within all areas of station operationsQualifications/Requirements:
