This position has equal focus on operational execution and transformational initiatives and requires a high degree of collaboration with other technical and business leaders to ensure solutions are business aligned. The role is responsible for helping business leaders facilitate the decision-making process and providing actionable recommendations on initiatives and policies to help the organization innovate and drive toward targeted business outcomes. Operationally, the role ensures that day-to-day delivery of Infrastructure services meets or exceeds business expectations and works to ensure continual improvement on SLAs and communication. This position reports to the Chief Information Officer.The typical base pay range for this position is USD $230,000 - $360,800 per year. Individual pay is determined by many factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus, equity, and other benefits.Responsibilities & CompetenciesJob Duties
- Develop and execute the vision, strategy and roadmap for all IT infrastructure services including data centers, cloud, networking, end user support and high-performance compute.
- Work with stakeholders, including executive management to identify, define, and prioritize IT investment required to meet the strategic objectives of the company.
- Identify, collaborate and foster strong relationships with IT teams to ensure success towards the execution of the IT vision.
- Introduce innovative and differentiating infrastructure which enhances overall competitive capabilities and employee productivity.
- Collaborate and build relationships across the broader domain to manage/mitigate escalations, customer impacts, reprioritization of efforts, anticipate future needs and adjust budget, organization, and staff accordingly.
- Develop an effective organization creating a culture of excellence that continues to achieve objectives and deliver success over time.
- Manage the technology direction and tools of the team reducing manual workloads and process reengineering through infrastructure automation.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance, availability, and reliability of IT infrastructure services, and implement corrective and preventive actions as needed.
- Manage strategic relationships with key IT product and service partners.

- Experience translating Business Strategy into actionable Technology roadmaps. Extensive knowledge of infrastructure planning and operations, design and deployment, and system lifecycle management.
- Experience managing IT infrastructure in on-premises datacenters, cloud based (AWS and Azure) datacenters, and hybrid implementations.

Qualifications (Requirements)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent.
- 15+ years of experience managing infrastructure including 7+ years managing virtual teams 50/50 onshore/offshore.
- 5+ years of experience supporting engineering CAD environments including high performance compute, preferably in a semiconductor environment.
- Strong knowledge and technical expertise in cloud-centric enterprise architecture, specifically Microsoft Azure and AWS, with proven experience integrating new cloud operations with traditional infrastructure and application support operations.
- Demonstrated experience in M&A due diligence, integration and divestiture activities.
- Experience with the following technologies: Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions, Microsoft O365, InTune, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Palo Alto, HP, Cloud providers (Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Oracle).
- Proven track record leading Data Center consolidation and DR projects in a highly available environment.
- Demonstrated problem identification and problem solving skills; able to articulate problem statement and develop roadmap to address.
- No travel required.
