**VP & GM, Consumer Channels, KBNA**_Work Mode: Hybrid_**Location:** Onsite/Hybrid 3 days/week at Kohler campus is a firm requirement. This position will not be permitted to live out of market and commute into campus to work during the week. Relocation package is available.**Opportunity**TheVP & GM, Consumer Channels, Kitchen & Bath North America is responsible for effectively scaling our direct-to-consumer business to achieve sales growth targets and instill a consumer-centric culture and ways of working across the organization. The VP & GM, Consumer Channels, KBNA is responsible for meeting or exceeding growth and profitability objectives, establishing strategic objectives, and attracting and developing talent.**Specific Responsibilities**+ Creates vision and leads a cohesive direct-to-consumer organization+ Develops overarching consumer strategies to enhance brand loyalty and drive customer adoption and growth+ Owns the direct customer experience focusing on improvement of key customer journeys+ Owns the kohler.com website and customer experiences focusing on the on-line experience+ Enables a seamless next-generation digital commerce experience with unparalleled ease of use through investments in user experience and supply chain+ Expands digital consumer experience through services, in-store enablement, and cross-brand innovation+ Provides digital and consumer-centric thought leadership through experience and expertise+ Responsible for Consumer Channels P&L (on-line and stores)+ Leverages data to drive insights to help the organization move forward+ Provides leadership to all operating activities of the organization, in such a manner as to ensure the attainment of stated objectives of return on investment and operating profit.+ Develops and maintains a culture of innovation, accountability and teamwork+ Drives associate engagement throughout the direct-to-consumer organization to improve individual leader and business performance.+ Supports and promotes internal control measures that are designed to safeguard Kohler Co. assets; check the accuracy and reliability of accounting data; and encourage adherence to prescribed Kohler Co. policies and programs.+ Participates as a member of K&B Americas' leadership team, providing advice and counsel on major issues facing the entire business, working with support managers, and understanding all aspects of the Group's business. Developing collaborative working relationships with other members of the K&B executive leadership team is expected.+ Represents the organization in the business community through active membership in professional societies, industry associations, and civic organizations; participate actively in contact with industry leaders, customers, and community organizations; strive to present Kohler Co. and its associates as outstanding members of the community.+ Reports to the Corporate Operating Committee or Executive Committee, if requested, on the progress and status of the Kitchen and Bath Group's activities and to review forecasts, operating budgets, divisional objectives, and special projects.**Skills/Requirements**+ BA/BS Required; MBA preferred+ 12+ years of progressive management experience and a proven track record of success as a leader with substantial profit and loss accountability.+ Demonstrated success in driving and managing change, achieving business results, and developing and continually improving standards of performance.+ Proven ability to attract, select, develop, and lead top talent to improve operational effectiveness, achieve maximum efficiencies and grow the business.+ Strong financial bottom-line orientation, excellent analytical skills, and solid business acumen is essential+ Strong Sales and Operations Planning experience.+ Prefer: Experience or exposure to all facets of the consumer goods business (eCommerce; sales; marketing; finance; procurement; manufacturing; logistics; and customer service) and possesses a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.**_Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future._**_The salary range for this position is $216,200 - $287,050. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation.
