Description
Job Purpose/ Summary:
Overall leadership responsibility for, and direct hands-on involvement in, all global Human Resource activities, strategic as well as operational, growing the business and driving efficiencies to secure the future success and prosperity of Single Digits, Inc. (SDI).
Job Duties/ Responsibilities:
* Organizational Development - Enhance organizational effectiveness of organization design, team development, talent assessment, and succession planning.
* Performance Management - Lead the design of a performance management system and oversee annual assessment.
* Benefit Programs - Oversee the design, development, and implementation of benefits programs including health, retirement, disability, and other benefits.
* Employee Relations - Resolve employee relations issues within corporate guidelines and policies. Develop innovative and successful retention and engagement strategies for high performing employees.
* Recruitment of Talent - Ensure that SDI's Employee Value Proposition is attractive, and that SDI can fulfill talent acquisition at competitive market rates while maintaining high quality. Utilize assessments and other resources to improve retention and effectively manage staffing firms to drive efficiencies. Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring proper implementation of competency-based selection and approval of job offers. Actively maintain a strong network of talent.
* Budget Management - Manage the annual Human Resources budget aiming to achieve operational efficiencies while achieving strategic initiatives of the Company.
* Regulatory - Ensure all requirements and compliance are completed for all regulatory bodies to prevent disruptions to business.
* Training - Oversee Company talent development, including direct ownership of leadership development.
* HR Information System - Maintain and operationalize all current systems and propose efficiencies.
* Lead the Human Resources team and coach them for career development and professional growth.
* All other assigned duties and responsibilities not otherwise listed above.
Requirements
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent combination of formal education and work experience required; Master's degree preferred.
Experience:
* Minimum 10 years of proficient, progressive experience in all Human Resources' areas of responsibility. In addition, experience should include proven track record of success in the following:
* Experience in leading large global organizations;
* Strategic planning and execution;
* Enterprise transformation, including implementation of HRIS systems;
* Close cooperation with the executive team and Private Equity (PE) sponsor;
* Strong partnership and team building with staff, peers, and manager;
* Investigation, negotiation, and dispute resolution;
* Organizational development and optimization; and
* Policy and procedure leadership.
* Minimum 5 years of formal supervisory experience.
Licenses and Certifications:
* SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred.
* Upon hire, must pass background screen to include employment history, college education, and license/certification verifications, and criminal check.
Knowledge:
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.

Work Environment:
* Office environment.
* Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing, but occasionally requires climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
* Frequent use of computer/keyboard/mouse required.
* Must be able to lift/move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift/move up to 25 pounds.
* Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
* Minimal travel as required based on needs of the business.
