Description
The Vice President of Investor Relations will spearhead the company's initiatives in capital raising, investor engagement, and marketing. This position requires a seasoned expert adept at cultivating and sustaining relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors. Core duties involve showcasing the company's strategy and performance, managing investor communications, and supporting the CEO in reaching out to prospective investors.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for investor inquiries, ensuring timely and clear communication.
- Conduct initial meetings with investor prospects, assist in tracking the pipeline, and set up meetings.
- Support the CEO in targeted outreach by leveraging events, referrals, and market research to grow the investor base.
- Host regular virtual, phone, and in-person meetings to update investors on fund performance and market trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, RIAs, family offices, and institutional investors.
- Organize and oversee key events such as the Company's Annual Miami Investor Day, webinars, and regional gatherings.
- Draft and refine quarterly investor letters, performance reports, and market commentary.
- Prepare and maintain marketing materials, including newsletters, presentations, and website updates.
- Manage and track investor communications to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Handle due diligence materials and respond accurately to investor information requests.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for finance or business.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in investor relations, real estate, or capital markets.
- Strong financial expertise, alongside outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Skilled in creating investor-facing materials and presenting financial data.
- Must align with the company's values, including capital preservation, integrity, transparency, diligence, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
