Springpoint Senior Living is seeking an experienced VP of Marketing to join our team! Springpoint Senior Living, headquartered in Wall Township, NJ is in search of an experienced and effective Vice President of Marketing. At Springpoint, the VP of Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies for Springpoint and its affiliates in order to strengthen the Springpoint brand, build awareness of company offerings and drive effective lead generation, development and conversion. Responsibilities:
- Direct marketing planning, strategy and execution for corporate and all affiliates.
- Drive lead generation efforts, including strategy, targeting, message/offer development, execution, measurement and evaluation.
- Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team.
- Work closely with the sales team to align sales and marketing strategies and drive maximum performance.
- Manage budget and expenditures for corporate marketing department.
- Identify competitors, evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counterstrategies
- Direct the digital strategies for prospect, employees and donors including Corporate, LPCs, Affordable Housing, SSL Foundation, Springpoint Choice, Village Point and Springpoint at Home web presence.
- Manage digital agencies and consultants to include planning & execution, agency evaluation, retainer management. Review and assess agency contracts against established goals, maximizing efficiencies and performance.
- Direct the overall strategy to enhance communications, improve our brand image and support marketing efforts.
- Working collaboratively with other departments to guide the development and ongoing management of tools to enhance and support employee and resident communications.
- Supervise the Communications Specialist and other external agencies, freelancers and other communications/public relations consultants.
- Ensure that the CRM provides an effective marketing/sales funnel and efficient process.
- Plan, manage and deliver multi-channel, digital CRM marketing campaigns.
- Leverage CRM tools to develop and implement effective lead scoring programs
- Defines and plans the achievement of goals and objectives and works directly with external agencies and suppliers to ensure successful delivery.
- Serves as key point person to effectively manage relationships among Sales, Marketing and contact center.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing planning and strategy with focus on development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing and motivating a team of direct reports.
- Experience managing external agencies and freelance resources to meet organization objectives.
