Clutch has a client looking for a Head of Accounts with agency experience.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, PR, creative, experiential)
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results
- Address team challenges and maintain project momentum to ensure client satisfaction
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to the accounts team, aligning with business goals
- Coach, develop, and recognize team members to drive performance and accountability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resources, share best practices, and foster talent development
- Oversee agency accounts, proactively managing client expectations and delivering outstanding service
- Review and approve program proposals, including strategy, budget, deliverables, timelines, and key performance indicators
- Manage client contracts, provide regular insights, and handle billing, forecasting, and reporting
- Support on-site activations and program fulfillment
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain clients, driving growth and revenue
- Network to identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with clients and partners
- Deliver exceptional knowledge and professionalism to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain strong relationships with agency partners, vendors, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
- 12+ years of agency marketing experience in account management or brand management
- Proven ability to develop comprehensive 360-degree marketing campaigns
- Experience managing and leading diverse teams
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
- Strong leadership skills and a commitment to fostering a positive team culture
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Apple Keynote, and project management software
- Experience in entertainment, music, or event management (preferred)
- Willingness to undergo background checks
