This opportunity will enable the associate to immerse into the Broadridge culture and have exposure to various Broadridge products that are customer facing. As data is the lifeline of our organization, we will be relying on the database engineering director to develop long-term strategies and database technology roadmaps to accomplish organizational, customer, and business objectives.We are made up of high-performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and will work both on-site and remote.Responsibilities:You will assist in the formulation of a vision for the database team, as well as develop and implement team strategies, goals, standards, and policies. Manage the coordination and prioritization of complex projects and act as a functional liaison between multiple clients, development, infrastructure, and business teams. Provide oversight of the delivery of database services to all lines of Broadridge businesses and possess a broad functional, company, customer and industry knowledge. Evaluate the overall cost of database solutions, products, and services – looking to provide best-in-class delivery at lowest possible cost. They are responsible for performance management, staff development, and decisions regarding staffing, hiring, disciplinary actions, and other personnel decisions affecting the database team.Qualifications:Well versed in MS SQL Database technology with the ability to provide technical guidance and leadership to the teamResponsible for performance management, staff development, and decisions regarding staffing, hiring, disciplinary actions, and other personnel decisions affecting the database team.Develop long-term strategies and technology roadmaps to accomplish organizational, customer, and business objectives. Establish and evaluate the overall cost of database­ related solutions, products, and services.Responsible for performance management, staff development, and decisions regarding staffing, hiring, and disciplinary actions.Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $175,000 - $210,000.
