IntraHealth Group / OrthoAtlanta is seeking a passionate and strategic leader to join our team as the Vice President of People & Culture.

In this role, you will:

  • Champion our Culture: You'll lead the development and execution of a people-centric strategy that fosters a high-performing and mission-driven environment. Our ideal candidate lives and breathes our mission of providing superior quality care at a lower cost.
  • Build a World-Class Team: You'll oversee all aspects of the talent lifecycle, from attracting and recruiting top healthcare and administrative professionals to retaining and developing them to their full potential.
  • Trusted Advisor to the CEO: You'll partner closely with the executive leadership team, providing strategic guidance on current and emerging HR trends to build a best-in-class workforce.
  • Lead the HR Function: You'll manage all HR operations and administrative functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits, training & development, and occupational health & safety.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a proven track record of success in leading and transforming HR functions in a healthcare or related environment.
  • Possesses a deep understanding of talent management best practices, including recruitment, performance management, and employee development.
  • Is a strategic thinker who can translate business goals into actionable HR initiatives.
  • Has exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
  • Is passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment where all employees feel valued and empowered.

Requirements

  • Education: Master's degree in Health Administration, Organizational Development, Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
  • Experience: 10 years of significant experience in Human Resource management in a healthcare setting required. Experience in a senior level position strongly preferred.
  • Possess current knowledge of both Federal and State wage, compensation and employment labor Laws.
  • Analyze and assess training and development needs for health care professionals, including support functions.
  • Use data to inform decisions and assist executive leadership in adopting and applying evidence-based talent management practices in the context of a rapidly changing world.
  • Design, develop and implement salary administration plans and benefit programs.
  • Build consensus, rally support around common goals and to motivate groups and individuals.
  • Think strategically and creatively.
  • Successfully handle multiple priorities and prioritize and schedule accordingly.
  • Rapidly process and comprehend large amounts of detailed information, consider the implications and consequences of new facts and make decisions.
  • Formulate policy and develop and implement new strategies and procedures.
  • Evidence of experience in promoting an inclusive and multicultural approach to talent development.
  • Naturally outgoing and friendly - committed to excellent organization and customer service skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills. Strong computer skills.
