In this role, you will oversee six direct reports and lead key departments, including Production, Project Management, Purchasing, and Control Panels, to ensure operational excellence and efficiency. You'll drive success in a fast-paced, custom production environment by making impactful decisions and managing resources effectively. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, with experience manufacturing mechanical equipment and fulfilling custom client orders. Strong operational and leadership experience is essential. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing company that helps feed the world.VP of Manufacturing Operations (Custom Equipment Production) Responsibilities Lead operations to meet client specific orders Manage project managers, production, and technical service teams Oversee design and production of custom OEM equipment Ensure seamless transitions from sales to production for custom orders Drive process improvements, including lean manufacturing initiatives Maintain ERP systems, data integrity, and inventory accuracy Manage budgets, cost controls, and expense reports Coordinate resources to meet customer needs Manage shop personnel, including training, hiring, etc. Collaborate closely with the production team Work with engineering to develop and implement client solutions Review technical outcomes for continuous improvementVP of Manufacturing Operations (Custom Equipment Production) Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering required OEM and equipment manufacturing experience required 7+ years of operational experience required 5+ years of supervisory experience required Custom equipment production experience required ERP system proficiency required Ability to work onsite required
