Job Description:

Building the Marketing Function from 0 to 1: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the companys business goals. Establish and scale the marketing department, including hiring and managing a high-performing team. Set clear objectives, KPIs, and metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives. Identify and implement marketing technologies and tools to support growth and efficiency. Forging Relationships in the Community: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and influencers within the community. Develop community engagement programs to increase brand visibility and loyalty. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the brand. Building Out a Content Funnel: Design and execute a content marketing strategy to attract, engage, and convert target audiences. Oversee the creation of high-quality, relevant content across various formats (blogs, videos, social media, whitepapers, etc.). Implement and optimize content distribution channels to maximize reach and impact. Analyze content performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve effectiveness. Managing Our Existing Cold Channels: Oversee and optimize existing cold marketing channels, including email marketing, outbound sales, and paid advertising. Develop strategies to increase lead generation and conversion rates through these channels. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to the executive team. Continuously test and iterate on cold channel tactics to improve ROI and achieve growth targets. Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, assess, and cultivate strategic partnership opportunities aligned with the companys marketing objectives and values. Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop integrated co-marketing strategies that drive mutual growth and success. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in managing and optimizing cold channels, developing a robust content funnel, and driving brand awareness and engagement. Additionally, this role involves strategic partnership development and relationship management to drive business growth. 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in building and scaling marketing functions from the ground up. Strong background in content marketing, community engagement, and managing cold channels. Demonstrated experience in strategic partnership development and relationship management. Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
