Job Description:
Position Title: Vice President of Collision CentersLocation: Detroit, MI Area (relocators with the relevant experience will be considered)Salary Range: $200,000 - $225,000 (with true growth potential)Overview:A rapidly growing body shop chain is seeking a Vice President of Collision Centers to oversee and lead all aspects of collision center operations. The ideal candidate will have multi-shop operations (MSO) and direct repair program (DRP) experience, paired with a strong entrepreneurial mindset to drive operational excellence and growth.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic vision for growth across all collision center operations.
  • Oversee the DRP sales and operations business model.
  • Supervise and mentor General Managers across multiple locations.
  • Regularly visit shop locations to ensure smooth operations and consistent performance.
  • Manage financial performance, including profitability, budgets, and operational efficiency.
  • Drive operational improvements and ensure all centers adhere to high-quality standards.Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in collision center operations with at least 3+ years in a leadership role (Director or VP level).
  • Extensive knowledge of MSO operations and DRP models.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-location teams and driving performance improvements.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze P&Ls and implement cost-saving measures.
  • A hands-on leader with the ability to balance strategic planning and day-to-day oversight.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams.Why Join Us?
