Leading with a focus of delivering exceptional patient care, they are building a strong clinical team and advanced operating support infrastructure. We are focused on becoming the best neighborhood dental practice in the communities that we serve. The Company is headquartered in southeastern Michigan.Position Mission:The Vice President of Operations is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the operational performance of multiple dental practices. This role is focused on driving profitability, operational efficiency, and ensuring high-quality service across all locations.Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management:- Ownership of practice-level P&L to ensure consistent delivery of corporate profit targets.
- Implement strategies to achieve financial goals, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Growth & Sales:- Drive the growth of combined same-store mature location sales by 10% year-over-year.
- Identify and execute strategies to enhance revenue and optimize business processes.
Team Development:- Build and lead an Operations Team capable of managing 15-20 locations.
- Develop a team of high-performing Regional Operations Managers (ROMs) to support operational excellence across all sites.
Customer Satisfaction:- Ensure an average office Google Review score of 4.9 across all locations.
- Enhance patient satisfaction through consistent service quality and operational improvements.
Employee Retention & Satisfaction:- Maintain high team member (TM) satisfaction with less than 20% turnover per location.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that supports employee engagement and professional growth.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee the implementation and management of Clinical Support, ensuring practices adhere to the highest standards of care.
- Develop and help implement Seva's operating playbook, standardizing procedures and best practices across all locations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior operations role, preferably within the healthcare or dental industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated success in financial management, including P&L responsibility.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation will include an aggressive base, an annual bonus plan and equity.
