- Develop change-management processes to support agency-wide changes and policy roll-outs
- Respond to urgent requests from leadership
- Build systems to mitigate urgent issues
- Work cross-functionally with leadership, operations, HR, Finance, IT, and other teams to successfully drive projects
- Plan, build, and manage new systems and processes
- Manage vendors, software, and procurement
