Job Summary

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for innovation and client success? Restaurant Associates is seeking a Vice President of Operations Strategy to serve as the central link between our company and valued clients. In this senior leadership role, you will drive central initiatives, foster client relationships, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding business outcomes.

About the Role:

As VP of Operations Strategy, you will:

• Be the strategic architect of client goals, aligning operations, support, and administrative teams to achieve measurable success.
• Lead client relationships, acting as the primary liaison for senior executives to develop tailored, go-to-market solutions and services.
• Drive innovation and growth by identifying strategic opportunities, crafting arguments, and coordinating their implementation with operational excellence.
• Guide the execution of key projects that improve client retention, expand service offerings, and achieve revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership teams to identify, prioritize, and complete central initiatives that promote regional growth.
• Ensure alignment and seamless deployment of solutions across cross-functional teams.
• Provide critical metrics and insights to evaluate project performance and organizational success.
• Support sales development activities and foster long-term client partnerships.
• Lead your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve financial goals.
• Nationwide travel up to 80%

What Were Looking For:

• 10+ years of leadership experience in retail or food service customer operations.
• Proven success in cross-functional leadership and delivering custom solutions.
• Strong business insight, with expertise in product management, sales, and client services.
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MHA or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
