Looking for an originator who has the ability to underwrite, structure, and execute on senior bridge debt generating at 10%+ unlevered returns (i.e. Sofr + 400-500+) on cash flowing/partially cash flowing assets (no construction or predevelopment) in the $10M-$150M check size range. Looking for someone who has the ability/knowledge/experience to understand what the right investment would be (i.e. value relative to basis) and has the ability to execute (creative, well spoken, strong independent work ethic, someone who can roll up their sleeves and does not depend on others to figure things out. This would be the ideal candidate I'm looking for!
