Job Summary:

The Vice President of Revenue Management will be responsible for driving the revenue strategy and maximizing the profitability of our hospitality portfolio. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in revenue management, distribution channels, and market trends within the hospitality sector. The VP of Revenue Management will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to create and implement pricing strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies that optimize pricing and inventory allocation across the portfolio.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and economic factors to identify revenue opportunities and risks.
  • Oversee pricing strategies for all properties, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and market demands.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance promotional efforts and drive demand generation.
  • Utilize advanced data analytics and forecasting techniques to project future revenue performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing revenue management team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and report on revenue performance.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including ownership groups, to ensure alignment on revenue goals and performance.
  • Ensure that all revenue management practices comply with company policies and standards.
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in revenue management systems and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities, fostering collaboration across departments.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
