Our innovative approach combines design, engineering, and scale to create cutting-edge solutions for our clients.Right now, we are looking for aVP of Technology to join our team!You will get the chance to: Be responsible for the technology aspects of the accounts assigned to you.Serve as referral and point of contact for internal and external technical and non technical stakeholders.Contribute to the growth of the accounts, looking for new opportunities and support these opportunities being the solutions owner.Be responsible for the quality and rightness of the projects for those accounts.Build strong relationships with target accounts, key stakeholders, and executive leaders.Lead the strategic planning process and helps identify and create strategic plans, priorities and timelines to achieve growth targets in alignment with the company's financial and operational goals.Leading project teams and project/engagement planning and management for complex full-lifecycle global projects.Manage complex engagements, potentially simultaneously, including timeline, budget and peopleDrive delivery of high-quality deliverables, in accordance with client expectations and predetermined timelines and budgetsMonitor and address project risk mitigation activities to ensure risks are satisfactorily addressedThis job can be filled inNew York or NJ Metropolitan Area #LI-HybridAt Globant, we believe that an inclusive culture and a diverse environment makes us stronger.
