Provides administrative leadership reporting to the Sr. Vice President, Perioperative Services. Oversees daily operations for the operating rooms, PACU, Overnight Recovery Unit, Pre-Admission Testing, and Sterile Processing departments. Accountable for developing effective processes, improving efficiency, maintaining financial integrity, and ultimately helping the organization deliver high-quality, cost-effective surgical services. Collaborates closely with the Sr. Vice President and AVP, Perioperative Nursing on numerous projects and develops new initiatives to promote surgical volume growth.
