We're seeking a VP Revenue Operations to drive our GTM to success!

This role will report to the COO, dotted line to the CRO, manage 4 different global Revenue Operations teams and will be a member of GTM Senior Leadership.

Teams under management include Deal Desk and Sales Operations, CRM Product team, GTM Business Analytics and Field Operations.

As the leader of Revenue Ops you'll work closely with our executive team and partners throughout the organization to manage the operations of our go-to-market motion. In this role you will lead a world-class Revenue Operations team that works to ensure our GTM teams and managers have what they need to be successful and operationalize and enable the sales and customer success teams to drive revenue growth.

So, what will you be doing all day?

  • Serve as the primary business partner to our CRO, becoming their right arm, aiding in strategic initiatives and GTM measurement.
  • Manage operational cadence around sales forecasting and reporting, and lead the GTM annual planning process.
  • Spearhead initiatives critical for the Company's growth trajectory, such as churn reduction strategies, territory planning, meeting allocation, and account segmentation.
  • Design, implement and optimize compensation structures to incentivize GTM.
  • Analyze KPIs that align with revenue goals and objectives which includes metrics related to pipeline health, sales performance, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Management of Salesforce CRM administration, develop enhancements within CRM for a fully aligned view of the customer.
  • Orchestrate efficient and accurate closing of revenue by coordinating between GTM, legal and billing via the Deal Desk function, and work to optimize our Q2C system.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, guide, and develop the Managers and the ICs in the Revenue Operations team, ensuring they have the ability, resources and skills needed to excel.

This is the perfect job for someone with:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in SaaS go-to-market strategy and operations roles.
  • 6-8 years of managerial experience, including managing senior managers.
  • Strong analytical & operational skills – Must.
  • Excel & Salesforce proficiency - Must.
  • Project Management Experience - Must.
  • International business experience in a global company - Must.
  • End to end project management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptionally data-savvy, with a habit of diving deep into metrics to uncover insights and drive step-change improvements.
  • Skilled at setting up the processes, rhythms and infrastructure needed to run a hyper-growth machine.
  • Ability to think strategically, but also be hands on, have a high attention to detail to drive program management execution.

The base salary range for this position in New York City is $250,000 to $340,000 + benefits including: medical, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, potential equity, employee stock purchase plan and paid sick and parental leave. Individual compensation is based upon a number of factors, including qualifications and relevant experience. The base salary range above is for the New York City metro area, and could vary for candidates in other locations.
