  • What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Create, plan, and implement the sales strategy, strategic sales, and business development initiatives for target industry segments
  • Identify new business opportunities in emerging sub-segments and applications
  • Execute and communicate a compelling strategic value proposition through sales agents, distributors, specifiers, and end-users
  • Forecasting, reporting, and delivering sales activities in alignment with company goals
  • P&L and budget expertise, and experience at analyzing and achieving financial goals
  • What is Required (Qualifications):

  • A successful track record of increasing revenue as an executive leader in a large, technically complex, matrixed company
  • 10+ years of leadership experience for a growth-oriented, dynamic industry leader in a comparable size/scope role
  • Executive presence: the ability to drive vision and purpose
  • Team Collaboration: The Sales Executive should demonstrate strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strategic Partnerships: Ability to build and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders
  • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Knowledge of Miller-Heiman sales methodology is a plus
  • Ability to travel 50-75% to Panduit and Customer sites
