The firm was founded on a commitment to our employees and the culture we began cultivating 85+ years ago embodies our entrepreneurial spirit and sense of family.Purpose:The Senior Controller will report directly to and work closely with the CFO. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to be an integral part of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment interacting with clients, external counsel, consultants, tax team, asset management team, property management team, and investments team. This individual will be involved in all accounting activities, including but not limited to, vendor payments, tenant collections, monthly/quarterly reporting, CAM reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and working alongside a third-party CPA firm for the issuance of annual financial statements. The Senior Controller will specifically be responsible for the management, leadership and training of the property accounting sub-team within the accounting department.
