Job Description Middle Market Leveraged Lending - Vice President - Credit Analyst If you are a Credit Analyst with experience in middle market lending, then we have an interesting opportunity for you. Our client is a growing middle market lender, owned by a private equity firm. Due to growth in their middle market lending business, we are presently seeking an experienced Senior Credit Analyst to join the team. In this role, you will use apply your strong credit analysis skills to underwrite leveraged loans (mainly cash flow lending), unitranche and similar. It's a direct lending model focusing on lower middle market leveraged loans. You'll have a high level of visibility and impact on the success of the business. Potential career path to client facing loan originations. Requirements Qualified candidates will a bachelors degree in business, economics or similar. Requires 7+ years relevant experience as a Credit Analyst with a commercial bank or non-bank lender. Completion of a formal credit training program is preferred. Must have a solid understanding of leveraged finance. Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills and proficiency using Excel for financial modeling.
