Their Technology Investment Banking division is dedicated to delivering strategic M&A, capital raising, and advisory services to clients in the technology sector. They pride themselves on their deep industry expertise, innovative solutions, and commitment to client success.Responsibilities:Lead and manage the execution of M&A transactions, capital raising, and other financial advisory services for technology clients.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry contacts, and potential investors.Oversee the preparation of detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials.Conduct in-depth industry research and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients.Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic business development initiatives.Mentor and guide junior team members, providing training and support to enhance their professional growth.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the transaction process.Represent the firm at industry conferences, client meetings, and other networking events.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is highly preferred.7-10 years of experience in investment banking, with a strong focus on technology sector transactions.Proven track record of successfully leading and closing complex M&A and capital raising transactions.Exceptional financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.Discipline(s): Investment BankingJob type: Permanent
