- Operate sophisticated semiconductor processing equipment;
- Process products through various wafer manufacturing steps such as:
- Photolithography: Wafer preparation, photo aligner and track system operation, chemical cleaning, wafer inspection and measurement;
- Metallization: Wafer preparation, chemical cleaning, wafer loading, metal deposition and thickness measurement;
- Scribing: wafer scribing and demounting, visual inspection;
- Optical layer evaporation via equipment operation, vacuum chamber.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Proven experience as a Wafer Processing Technician or similar role. (5+ years);
- Familiarity with semiconductor processing technologies and cleanroom protocols;
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, Low-volume High-mix environment;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds;
