This is achieved by direct involvement in the planning, design, development, construction, and documentation of all broadband infrastructure across the organization. Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Information Technologies related field required
- At least 5 years of experience in IT project management required, PMP certification a plus
- Knowledge of various process improvement methodologies (ITIL, CMMI, Lean, Lean Six Sigma, etc.)
- Knowledge of broadband design and construction practices and laws.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Able to conduct research into broadband issues and products as required.
- Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
- Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Competence with testing tools and procedures for broadband
- Good understanding of the organization's goals and objectives
