As a waitstaff professional, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
* Provide high level of efficient, friendly, and customer service in a fine dining environment.
* Implementing customer service best practices, maintaining cleanliness of guest and service spaces.
* Learning and retaining knowledge of food and beverage menu items to be able to articulate knowledge of preparation and ingredients to guests.
* Supporting the culinary services team to ensure successful service.
* Creating a positive customer experience that reflects 3M core values.
**Your Skills and Expertise**
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
* High school diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
* Customer service experience
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
* Fine dining service experience
* Knowledge of food and wine pairing
* Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail, and work effectively with all team members
* Must be punctual, reliable, and have a positive attitude
* Provide efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable service of food and beverages
* Follow all safety procedures and protocols
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
