Job Summary The RV Walk Through Specialist is responsible for conducting comprehensive walk-throughs with customers to educate them about the features, functions, and maintenance of their RVs. This role involves demonstrating how to operate various systems, answering customer questions, and ensuring they feel confident and informed about their purchase. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, in-depth knowledge of RV systems, and a passion for customer service. Benefits

Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed walk-throughs with customers, explaining the operation of RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances.
  • Provide demonstrations on how to properly use and maintain RV features and accessories.
  • Answer customer questions and address any concerns they may have about their RV.
  • Ensure customers understand safety protocols and maintenance schedules.
  • Assist with the delivery process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and reviewed with the customer.
  • Provide follow-up support to customers as needed, answering additional questions and providing guidance.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all RV models and their features.
  • Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Keep detailed records of walk-throughs and customer interactions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in RV technology.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably in the RV or automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of RV systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and customer management software.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification from the RVIA/RVDA or other relevant certifications.
  • Experience with a variety of RV brands and models.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.
