Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Walking Concierge for luxury residential properties. As a Walking Concierge, you will provide exceptional customer service experiences to our residents, ensuring their needs and expectations are exceeded. Your primary responsibility will be to offer personalized assistance and support while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities:

Resident Assistance: Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, addressing their inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously.

Personalized Service: Provide a personalized and tailored service experience to residents by anticipating their needs, preferences, and expectations.

Concierge Support: Offer assistance with various tasks, including but not limited to coordinating deliveries, and helping organize events or activities.

Information and Recommendations: Provide accurate and up-to-date information on local attractions, dining options, entertainment venues, shopping centers, and other relevant amenities.

Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges faced by residents, ensuring a prompt and satisfactory resolution.

Security and Safety: Maintain a secure environment by monitoring and controlling access to residential areas and enforcing community rules and regulations.

Building Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, fostering a sense of community and trust.

Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties, including maintaining records, managing schedules, and preparing reports as required.

Collaboration: Coordinate and collaborate with other team members, including property management, maintenance staff, and vendors, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications:

Customer Service Skills: Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a luxury hospitality or residential setting, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.

Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, colleagues, and vendors from diverse backgrounds.
