Fast-paced and physical role responsible for carrying out the logistics of receiving, processing, storing, and sending inventory according to established shipping schedules. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Receives, unloads, labels, stores, distributes, and loads materials. Accurately inspects and verifies quantity and quality of goods received and distributed. Checks contents received or distributed against invoices/packing slips and reports discrepancies immediately. Records amounts of materials received and distributed. Conveys materials from receiving area to storage or to other designated areas. Sorts and places materials according to be pre-determined sequence on racks, shelves, or in bins to ensure materials are accessible. Takes regular inventory, maintains appropriate stock levels, and maintains inventory records. Builds, wraps, sorts, and transports pallets and packages.
