Starting no less than $16.70 Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Provide hands-on, transactional support for all incoming Receiving inventories in the Cleveland warehouse and translating data/quantities into business operating system (Brightree).
  • Ensure accuracy of all appropriate Receiving documentation including, packing slip reconciliation and bills of lading. Reports errors to Purchasing for appropriate credit.
  • Manage and reconcile serialized inventory input to ensure accuracy and availability of these inventories.
  • Manage and reconcile pick-up equipment to ensure accurate serialization and timeliness of availability.
  • Conduct routine inventory count audits to ensure accuracy of on-hand inventory to operating system.
  • Coordinate and measure Supplier Quality metrics with Purchasing and Operations.
  • Review and Coordinate back-orders and outages with Purchasing to improve.
  • Provide support and collaboration to meet all company objectives (FTO's, etc.)
Secondary Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Provide warehouse support in all functions to ensure operational efficiencies are achieved.
  • Collaborate with warehouse supervisor to ensure inventory bin locations, par levels, slow-moving/no-moving products are to company standards
  • Collaborate with Purchasing and Operations to identify areas for improvement within the warehouse.
  • All other duties as assigned
Qualifications: Education: High School diploma required; some college helpful. Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Physical Requirements:
  • 1-3-years (DME) inventory, receiving, logistics experience
  • Health care and/or Durable Medical Equipment (DME) preferred.
  • Strong computer experience with Windows-based programs
  • Working knowledge of web-based inventory is a plus
  • Good understanding of operational practices and protocols.
  • Excellent demonstrated experience in communication and customer relation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in interpersonal and organizational skills (a team player).
