Wilmington, NC Operations Full time Yogasleep is seeking to add an experienced Warehouse Operations and Logistics Manager to our Operations Leadership team located in Wilmington, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for short and long-term strategic planning of the shipping operations to ensure budgets, goals and objectives are achieved, while coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day management within the Warehouse Supply Chain and Logistics Department.

This role is a unique combination of Warehouse and Logistical Operations as well as process improvement and implementation. The ideal candidate would have a balanced combination of both, which is crucial to the success of this role. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Management, maintenance, and monitoring of Amazon FBA and Seller Central accounts both domestic and international.

* Manage warehousing of raw components, finished assemblies and Buy-for-Resale (BFR)

* Work with Inventory Planner to minimize annual inventories

* Ensure inventory is received appropriately and efficiently processed in the warehouse; maintain inventory integrity to acceptable metrics

* Manage inventory cycle counting, investigate and mitigate all variances

* Drive process improvement in existing operations from receiving, shipping and returns

* Drive automation projects of various scale to increase productivity and efficiency

* Drive special projects like 3PL selection and integration with business, multiple warehouses build up, Drop Ship capabilities etc.

* Support and leverage IT related projects cross-functionally

* Drive cost optimization and productivity enhancements

* Research and identify best practices and trends in the marketplace and lead the implementation of innovative ideas that drive progress and continuous improvement

* Constantly innovate and drive cost reduction, increase efficiency, and improve on-time delivery performance

* Evaluate, design, and establish proper layout of the warehouse and product placement to ensure the environment is most conducive to optimize efficiencies while meeting all customer service levels

* Develop and maintain a work culture committed to superior customer service, while maintaining procedures and metrics to ensure customer service satisfaction levels are attained

* Monitor team performance and conduct performance reviews

**SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE**

* Bachelors degree and five years relevant experience in warehouse operations and five or more years of people management experience

* Experience in managing overall warehouse functions and operations both domestic and international

* 5+ years of experience in a retail, B2C environment (including online retailers such as Walmart, Amazon, Target, etc.) is required

* 5+ years of experience onboarding EDI partners using TrueCommerce and SPS Commerce

* Experience with vendor management and outside parties in getting new services and capabilities in a cost-effective manner

* Worked in NetSuite WMS software/ERP

* Ability to do ROI calculations and project justifications to Senior Leadership

* Attention to detail and follow through are essential
