Job Description:
We are excited to announce the opening of our operations in Stafford, VA, and are seeking a seasoned and highly organized Warehouse and Logistics Manager to join our dynamic team. This key role will oversee the efficient management of our warehouse operations, streamline logistics processes, and leverage expertise in international import and export procedures. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, and have proven experience using ERP systems for end-to-end supply chain management.Compensation: $70k + DOELocation: Stafford, VASchedule: Mon - Fri, 8a - 430p (onsite) Warehouse and Logistics Manager Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and supervise daily warehouse activities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  • Create and maintain ERP data integrity while performing all material transactions, and ensure that all documents are filed and posted correctly.
  • Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping processes to meet customer requirements.
  • Coordinate transportation, including carrier selection, routing, and scheduling.
  • Manage all aspects of international import and export operations, while ensuring compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements.
  • Coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to facilitate smooth cross-border movements.
  • Stay abreast of international trade regulations and tariffs.
  • Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy of inventory. Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify discrepancies.
  • Implement safety protocols to maintain a secure and hazard-free warehouse environment.
Warehouse and Logistics Manager Requirements:
  • PROVEN EXPERIENCE in warehouse management and logistics coordination, utilizing an ERP system to manage and control all the material movement transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of logistic processes, international regulations, and customs procedures.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks as required.
  • OSHA Forklift Certification.
  • Hazardous materials handling.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-moving environment and deal with uncertainties.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and warehouse management standards.
